Today VHMED has commissioned a high speed medical plastic extrusion machine. This state-of-the-art extrusion machine has taken 4 months to arrive in our brand new class 7 clean room. This high precision, double lumens, servo-driven tube extrusion machine with inline vacuum cooling and trimming units can produce tubes at 15 metres per minute. The addition of this new machine will further enhance our production capability and capacity for medical tubing products, laparoscopic insufflation tubing and laparoscopic suction irrigation tubing products in particular.
