Prior to VHMED, Haiying held managerial roles in Mindray, a leading electro medical company; and Global Foundry Singapore, a world top 3 semiconductor manufacturing company. Haiying holds a Diploma Semiconductor Manufacturing, MSC Telecoms from University of Portsmouth, UK, MS Global Finance from Fordham University, USA and MBA from Peking University, China.

Alvin LIANG, Operation Director
Alvin overseas the operation and supply chain activities in VHMED. Prior to VHMED, Alvin has worked in various operation and quality management roles in several industrial leading companies, including VP Operation in Flyco Group, Supply Chain Director, Feidiao Group. He is 6-Sigma expert and a certified auditor for ISO13485, MDD/93/42/EEC, ISO9001, ISO22000, SA8000. He holds a BSc Industrial Engineering from Southern Metallurgy University, China.

Jianhong CHENG, Finance Director
Jianhong overseas the financial and administrative activities in VHMED. Prior to VHMED, Jianhong held various finance managerial roles in Mindray, the world leading electro medical equipment manufacturer and Foxconn, the world top consumer electronics contract manufacturer, including finance director, compliance manager and internal audit manager. He holds a BA Accounting from Northwestern University of China.

Peng LI, Lead Mechanical Engineer
Peng is in charge of the mechanical mould engineering in VHMED. Prior to VHMED, Peng had worked in Foxconn, the world prominent electronics contract manufacturer, for 9 years as a principal mechanical engineer. He is an expert in mechanical design, particularly in plastic mould design and holds multiple patents in mechanical design. Peng holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Xiangtan University of China.

Tao LI, Principal Design Engineer 
Tao looks after the product design in VHMED. Prior to VHMED, Tao worked in Kangdi Medical Stapler Co., Ltd., an Medtronic holding company as a Snr. mechanical engineer. He has rich experience in developing surgical stapling and port access devices and the principal inventor with over a dozen patents. Tao holds an BSc Mechanical Engineering degree from Jiangxi Agriculture University, China.

Jinyan SHI, Regulatory Specialist
Jinyan takes care of the regulatory activities in VHMED. Prior to VHMED, Jinyan worked in various regulatory and laboratory roles in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and gained extensive experience in regulatory compliances and quality assurance. She holds an BSc Pharmaceutical Engineering from Changzhou University, China.
