At present, we ship all of our products from our factory warehouse located in Nantong, China (near Shanghai Port). It is advised to consider the custom and shipping requirements to your designation country while placing the order to us.
Mode and Cost of Delivery
Our standard pricing terms are ex-works and shipping charges apply to all orders. Subject to the goods’ weight and dimensions, shipping time and custom clearance requirements of the delivery, you may consider the courier used to transit the consignment from our warehouse to yours.
1. Courier companies, it is always more straightforward to use your contracted courier account to ship the goods so you can have the best visibility for the status of delivery with your courier. However it is advised to aware of the cost of shipping. Alternatively we have favourable rates with international couriers, such as TNT, Fedex, UPS, DHL and others. The normal transit time to most countries around the world is within 7 working days
2. Airfreight is considered when we have bigger consignment and the goods are urgently in need. It takes slightly longer time as airline takes time for pooling the goods. The transit time is normally between 7 to 10 working days.
3. Sea freight is considered when you order a larger consignment from us and preparing for a stock. You may consider 30 working days for the transit time.
We encourage our customers to appoint your own courier or freight forwarder so you are better taken care of locally at the destination and can be aware of the shipping status more promptly.
It is advised to prepare all clearance and compliance documents prior to the arrival of the goods at the designation, allowing the goods be cleared from the custom and delivered to you with no delay. VHMED takes no responsibility for the costs associated with the retained goods at destination custom or authority.

Arrival of the Delivery
Please check the consignment upon arrival. If your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged when delivered please contact us within 5 days. We will investigate in details and keep you informed.
